MY NAME IS ALEXIS PARKER
As a UX/UI designer based in Nashville, my focus is on crafting designs that are engaging and have a strong impact. I approach my work with a curious and self-driven mindset, always seeking to evolve my skills as a designer. With previous experience in related fields, I have seamlessly transitioned into user experience design. This has helped me to become a designer who prioritizes user needs and creates designs that are both impactful and engaging.
I started my journey toward becoming a user experience designer by diving into front-end development. It didn't take me long to discover my passion for design, and I became determined to create websites and apps that would give customers an even better experience through data-driven decisions. I believe in basing my design choices on both analytics and user experience, all while crafting visually stunning websites that leave a lasting impression.
Two Important Things I have Learned:

USER INTERVIEWS - Ask in-depth questions and do not be afraid to ask the user to elaborate on their reasoning, you will find the answers to a lot of your design problems.
2.
DON'T BE TOO MUCH OF A PERFECTIONIST - Be open to continuous learning and critique. In the end, it will only make you a better and more well-rounded designer.
